Student Visa application process



Yatra provides visa application processes for the students as we mentioned earlier. We have a very good success rate in the student visa processing to Japan and many of the Nepali students who processed through our institution are now studying in Japan.

Required qualifications

Academic background: Above intermediate/+ 2 level

Age:  below 26 years old

Required documents

Documents certifying applicant

  • All academic certificates and transcripts.
  • Photocopy of original citizenship certificate and its English translation.
  • Original Passport.
  • An Essay/SOP (purpose of study in Japan).
  • Recommendation letter from previous academic institution or working place.
  • Gap certificate if the student has some years of gap in academic history.
  • Other documents (if required).

Documents certifying sponsor

  • Bank balance certificate with bank statement of the past 3 years.
  • Annual income certificate of past 3 years.
  • Occupation letter if your sponsor is employed.
  • Company registration certificate if your sponsor runs company by himself.
  • Other supporting documents to prove how the income is generated.
  • Property valuation.
  • Tax clearance certificate of the past 3 years.
  • Relationship certificate between the student and his/her sponsor.
  • Sponsor letter.


  • It is a notice for the students who want to learn language and take benefit of our various facilities. They need to strictly follow the following guidelines.
  • Students who do not have original certificates and documents should not waste their time at our institution. Sorry for the inconvenience.
  • Those students who want to study in Japan, please study hard at home too, the time you study at our institution is not enough.
  • Japan is the only country where you cannot get part-time job without speaking Japanese language.
  • Please attend your classes regularly, if you miss the class it will be difficult for you to catch up with the course.
  • You need to pay your monthly fees regularly.
  • Learning Japanese culture before going to Japan is very important.
  • Be polite and gentle all the time because Japanese people are very polite and gentle (give respect and take respect).
